Rules & Restrictions
Hi-5 Vacation Packages are available for Men Only.

You must at least 21 years of age and have a current valid passport. Your passport must be on your person while traveling and during all hotel check-ins. You will be notified to pay the entire amount of your vacation package 60 days prior to your tour dates. Tours may be booked less than 45 days but will require special assistants and my not be possible. Call for details. Transfers to another person are allowed if requested no later than 30 days prior to vacation. This applies only to the ground portion of your vacation. Check with you airline carrier to see if your airfare can be transferred. If you choose to transfer your vacation to someone else, a transfer fee is $500 will apply.

Terms
Your vacation package requires a minimum deposit of $500, after your deposit is received you have full email privileges to the ladies in Hi-5 galleries. The deposit is non-refundable. Vacations booked at least 45 days in advance are eligible to earn an Early Registration Discount (ERD). On the final payment of the vacation package is paid the ERD discount is applied. Pricing is subject to change until the deposit is received.

Payment
Your credit card is charged $500 at the time of booking a vacation. The vacation package must be paid in full, if booked 60 days or less, prior to the departure date. When you became a 5-Star member you received a $198 credit voucher. This Credit Voucher will automatically be applied to your vacation, reducing the balance owed.

Disclaimer
We at Hi-5 Travel want to emphasize that we are a tour operator and while we promote meeting individuals of the opposite sex, we do not promote or condone sexual activity during any part of our tour operation. Hi-5 is not responsible for individuals on the tour or individuals introduced to the Hi-5 tourist by Hi-5´s operators, whose actions do not comply with the Thai or Filipino international law. All ladies must be a minimum of 18 years old and men 21 years old.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 61 or more days are allowed, a $500 fee applies. Cancellations are non-refundable made less than 60 days of departure date.

Conditions
You must be in good physical health. Any serious health conditions must be disclosed when booking your vacation package. In most cases special arrangements can be made for handicap travelers.

Notices
All vacation packages are subject to changes, restrictions and availability. We are not responsible for errors or omissions of the content of this website. The website pictures can differ from actual locations. The airport arrival and departure taxes and fees are not included. Hi-5 will make every attempt possible to arrange for you´re invited ladies to attend the events, but if any of your invited ladies do not attend an activity, Hi-5 cannot be held responsible. We cannot guarantee all the party or tour activities. Due to unforeseen circumstances events can be changed or canceled. The reason for a change or cancelation would most likely be weather related or a natural disaster. We don´t expect this to happen however Hi-5 will not be held liable if this occurs.

US Dollar Conversion
All credit / debit card transactions are settled in United States dollar (USD). If you are ordering from outside a United States dollar country your card will be charged in United States dollar and this amount converted to an equivalent amount in your local currency by your bank or card issuer. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details. The prices shown above give an estimate of the price in your home currency. These converted prices are for information purposes only, to help you get an idea of the approximate cost of a product, and they may not be the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement. The final charge to your card is determined by your bank or credit provider. Therefore we are not able to take responsibility if the final amount charged to your card differs slightly from what you may have estimated. Please contact us if you require additional information.
